Country danced this morning, doors wide open so lots of fresh air!  We did the same dances as last week, trying to remember is taking us a while after our long break.  But all good fun, and lots of laughter, and lots of mistakes.

The HG had a hospital appointment so after lunch we had a walk around the loch before going to hospital, and I took my blip at the loch.  It was cold with a biting wind, but we walked fast and enjoyed the exercise.
