A fly but what fly

this fly was so minute on the Agapanthus leaf and wondered what it was. Any suggestions?
Alright day weather wise and got quite a bit done in the garden. Just as well as it is now raining which is great for the garden
My painters came and finished the job and it all looks great.  I am so thankful that I bit the bullet and paid to get it done rather than do it myself.
Nice couple and will be able to get them back when I have other jobs that need doing
Quite a lot of rain forecast for the next few days and I am happy about that
