Paddles.

This is Paddles, sitting on the deck this morning. Whisky was on top of the deck-rail just along from him. The Other Half had called me out to see what was happening - there were 3 silly little Fantails flittering around the 2 cats, and diving down at them. Once we appeared the birds too off, which I think would have been a very wise move on their part.
There was another fantail on the deck-rail outside the office window, later this afternoon, but like last year, it was gone by the time I got out there. There have been a lot more of them around in the last couple of weeks.
