After sunset glow

I glanced out of the window this evening and saw this beautiful sky, so I grabbed my camera and went to the common to photograph it.. So often the sky is better after the sun has set.
What a day - the temperature was 33deg C, real feel 38 deg, and we stumbled around the golf course, becoming  over heated. I usually complain about the wind, but today's windless day made the heat unbearable. I took the decision that I had to play good golf, with fewer strokes and less walking looking for balls...and, amazing,, I played my best game for a long time!! Our three ball even came second.
Once home, after a cool shower, I collapsed on my bed!  In future I will study the weather forecast in more detail. It was too hot to play.
