Streatham station

My new commute - Streatham to Peckham Rye, change to Canada Water, change to Canary Wharf, change to DLR - four stops and I’m there. Not as bad as it might read, but a bit longer getting home.
A nice day in class and a lovely chat with one of my students - she said something kind which was much appreciated and also chatter about her and her husband’s life; I teach both of them. I needed a boost - I’d recently interviewed again for a job I’d missed out on, and today I got a call I’d lost out again. So disappointed. Now I must think how I want to work, study etc this year and I’d like to keep my Greek residency. Thoughts welcome.
