Our visitor at Women’s Fellowship this afternoon. She came with her carer who is our local hedgehog rescue lady. Esther is blind and will never be released back into the wild. Other hotel guests will be released as soon as they’re up to weight and strong enough. A fascinating afternoon and good to hear from Mavis after three years.

Tuesday means Pilates and lots of stretching and weight bearing, followed by coffee and a sit down … phew.
