Perfect Skin

A quick visit to the dermatologist today. Haven't been for ages.
A slight growth on my head requires some cream. Nothing to worry about apparently,  just a "pre-cancer" although he assured me it is really a pre-pre-pre-cancer.
And then this other tiny mark on my leg which has grown slightly so requires a minor intervention. Will mean no running for 10 days, but think I can just about cope with that. Sorry to bore you with this, just wanted to record it somewhere.
Otherwise, easy 10k , work and yoga class.
