Small Tortoiseshell

Found this Small Tortoiseshell in a tub in my window and I didn't even know it was in there. I was looking for a pen and it just flew out, landed on my straighteners mat then I thought it was dead.

Heard the flapping went back to tub and flew into my hallway it has landed on the false ceiling Hope it will stay there. Must have been hibernating or not too long in there.
