The 14.57 Arnside to Manchester Airport.
Twixt mountains and sea. A useful service for Arnside residents. It stops in Manchester city centre and I have used it when going to reunions of my old colleagues at the University.
A very strong, gusty wind today. I was glad not to be walking into it as I made my way along the promenade. Staying in now for the rest of the day. Perhaps to watch some Olympics.
