Cooking

I had some left-over veggies; leek, courgettes, carrots and stuff, so I added some rosemary and thyme from the garden and a million garlic. Sweated the veg and then added a tin of tomatoes and a tin of butter beans. Put it all in a casserole dish and baked it slowly for a couple of hours. It was very tasty.

Too busy to do much else and I didn't go for a walk because the weather is horrible.
