Garden Adrift

The river is rather high following heavy rain so the Sound has many floating logs that have been dislodged by the flood waters. This one came complete with the climbing plants that it hosted before it put to sea. It looked impressive but presented a real hazard to the Mailboat at 20 knots. Had to slow down....
