Yesterday after work I drove down south for a rock climbing course (trad climbing). I felt tired so just retired to my tent early, not feeling social. The theory side of things today was really useful but with it being 31 degrees and a bit of a sun trap, I only did one practice climb. I spent the late afternoon down by the rock pools watching the waves. A great way to kill time while waiting for everyone else to finish climbing.

I'm still feeling tired, perhaps I'm a bit under the weather, it was not that big a week and it is not that hot.
