Aubergine pakora

A wet and windy Saturday, very few birds came to visit today. I ventured nowhere other than the supermarket.
Years ago, I did an Indian cookery class at a local college, I hadn’t tried any of the recipes for a long time but decided on a whim to make pakora tonight. I used an aubergine, it was nice and fresh tasting but questionable whether it is worth the mess to make from scratch rather than buy a portion from the very good local pakora shop in Milngavie. I also made a very tasty paneer and spinach curry.
