Strava Day 251/ #75Hard Off Phase Day 09.
Two liters, reading and progress photo (not required but it's Sunday and it is check-in day with Coach Jaja) done. Blipping here while sitting near the shore of Salogon beach. Wish I could record how calm the waves are rolling at the moment. T has requested for a beach day that is why we're here. Took some photos and videos of the lovely roads and skies plus some self-timed photos with B and T.

T is currently enjoying the feel of sand, B is attempting a parkour stunt while I am luxuriating in solitude.

Remembering T's question about the weirdest gift I asked for or ever wanted, it is the gift of time and space. At work, or with family, we enjoy capturing moments and being with people. However, having time to breathe and recharge is a must, we are introverts after all, spending too much time socializing drains us.

This is a self-timed one take mobile photo edited in Snapseed. There was a false attachment (the white pole behind was sticking out of B's head, making him look like a deer so I used the healing tool to remove it --- it would have been easier if we just took another shot but both B and T are usually quite impatient when it comes to posed family photos.

Funny thing T said:
I thought this was a beach day, not a picture day!!

Hope this entry made you smile. Have a good one!

P.S.
Payapa, the title I used is Filipino for "Peaceful," inspired by Jhasmine Villanueva's song on Spotify. Not related to her in any way but really grateful I stumbled upon her music through Melissa (one of the kindest among the kind souls am fortunate to know).
