On Tour Again

There was no parkrun on the moor, this morning, so a trip to Morpeth, for a first attempt at Carlisle Park parkrun was made. A challenging course, including three ascents of a sharp little hill. I thoroughly enjoyed the run, and sneaked into the top 20 finishers for the first time in 430 parkruns, as well as finishing first in my age category. All in all a most enjoyable morning.
