Hoy Hills - with Feeling

Awake and chatting with MC at 03.25hrs.  My Circadian cycle has a flat back tyre.  After a nap went around the circuit this morning with CMC.  CMC went home down the Gyre Road to  bake some fruit loaves whilst I continued to Grindalay.  When I returned to base the heating was out of kilter again.  Chilly, in all directions.  Whisky samples arrived.  CMC got there first and has hidden them.  I’m on a yellow card apparently.
