Detail of paper wasp's nest

My son in law presented me with a beautiful paper wasp's nest which is an amazing construction. It's bumpy cratered surface has been remarkably difficult to photograph in macro detail even with my beginner's attempts at focus stacking. I have learned from doing this version though not least because i forgot to check the camera's settings before I started and they were not the ones I would have chosen!
