Massage!

Had a great massage with Rae, she also did some laser treatment on my shoulder...we're gonna do a few more appointments to see if that might help.  i'm getting a bit annoyed with this chronic shoulder pain!!!

Then a lovely sit down by the water with a piece of pizza.

we're apparently in for another big storm tomorrow...so glad my appointment was today, i missed my last one 2 weeks ago because of a storm!!!!
