gratitude

Awesome day. Made people happy. People made me happy. 

And for dinner - made the mushroom quesadilla again, but with more mushrooms and I let the tortilla warm until it was just barely crispy. oh wow. 

I never would have guessed that I would like balsamic vinegar. One of the very cool things about learning to cook now is I can afford nice ingredients. Also, I know about nice ingredients. :-) 

I'm so glad to live in a world where we have access to such diverse and wondrous foods.
