The Center of the Universe

I put in a couple hours of weeding, pleasant in the sun. It's fun to uncover the plants that have been buried by sourgrass, with it's brilliant yellow flowers and ubiquitous tiny white self-seeding bulbs. My goal is not to see yellow, quadrant by quadrant edging around the yard. Visitors often say, "Oh what a pretty yellow flower!", but oh they are weeds to me. Weeds begone!
