Monday: Janice

Last day of a 4 day long weekend.  It’s been lovely to have some staycation time to get sorted and just have some downtime.  

Janice came over for lunch - we ordered Chinese takeaway.  It was lovely to catch up.  Janice was a radio show host and interviewed me a couple of times in my first few years here.  She’s become a really good friend.

I felt a tad out of sorts tonight.  I think it was because it’s my last stint of leave before we depart and I felt that we should have been doing something more with our time - although, to be honest, I’m not even quite sure what.
