Back in the hat

That's MrsCyclops released from the Covid confinement, this was celebrated by sitting outside the High School for half an hour while CyclopsJnr swam.

It was great to be back to swimming. After two years off lessons we only managed one before we all got Covid.

Well CyclopsJnr loved it. There was two in his group today and they were allowed to jump off the diving board at the end.

The hat is mandatory by the way. It seems to denote the level of competency.

In other news CyclopsJnr loves music at school, they have a specialist teacher for music twice a week plus singing. CyclopsJnr regularly asks me to Google the songs they've been working on and it is an eclectic selection. Recent favourites include The bonny bonny banks of Loch Lomond, and Seek ye first the kingdom of God. Well today's song was particularly vague as described by CyclopsJnr, but MrsCyclops was able to find it. It was will.i.am singing with the Sesame Street puppets. Bizarre. To be fair it was a banger.
