Wobble Board

Thank you so much for your comments, hearts and stars for my 4000th blip yesterday. I wish I had had time for a more appropriate Blipday blip.

I had a busy day at work, but enjoyed a couple of hours in the training hall in the late afternoon. 

My picture is Xmas on a wobble board - it is a great exercise to strengthen his core muscles and he has a lot of fun with it too.
