A busy day

I had a full work day, cooked for Amy and two back to back teacher training events.  Today's blip is a view from the desk as Janet gets event one started.  We're coming to the close of the 40 day sadhana module and I've learned much about myself and the yoga practice.  It's been a good experience and I have an ever expanding toolbox to dip into and keep things moving forward.
