MV Swan

Today we took little Lottie to the Aquarium at Lakeside (Windermere).  Unfortunately the trains were not running but we were able to see the fishes and the MV Swan was moored at the quayside.  The Swan can take 533 passengers, is 142 feet long and displaces 251 tons.  It was built in 1938 by Vickers in Barrow and transported to Lakeside in sections by train.
