The well-turned ankle

... belonging to Christina was a bonus, but Bitsy the Bichon Frise is the star of today's blip.

Christina and I had been invited to Anne's for coffee this morning and it was good to catch up with each other. Bitsy slept through all the chatter and laughter.

Later this year Anne is planning to move into Glasgow to be nearer to her daughters, so is in the throes of trying to get rid of stuff. 

As a result she has sent several of Drum's paintings to one of the auction houses, but held back two to give Christina and me one each. Such a thoughtful gesture! We were also given some of Drum's cartoons, which might turn out to be useful as a blip series...
