Inside the Hellebore

A brighter start to the day than expected as I met up with a friend.  We spent some time photographing the snowdrops and Hellebores that were in flower in her garden.  After lunch it clouded over as we headed up to East Hill to explore various areas of woodland.  There is certainly a lot of choice of different habitats in this area of Devon.  I was glad my friend was driving as we headed back down the quickest but narrowest road where we encountered a small group of sheep trapped between us going down the hill and vehicles coming up the hill.  There was only room for one vehicle to pass but fortunately the sheep headed off down a small lane where we managed to pull in.

I was just back in time for a cup of tea and change of clothes before heading out to a Zumba class, which is always enjoyable.  Then it was back home for a camera club zoom meeting.
