More snowdrops

Yesterday friend H and l hopped into the little red car and went up the M40 north to a stately home to gaze upon more snowdrops (l won't blip anymore after today, l promise). It was a pleasant day out with lunch in a pub and a quick visit to an old Church which turned out to almost be the highlight of the day with the interiors having been redesigned in 1865 by Gilbert Scott and stain glass windows by William Morris and many other Pre Raphaelite artists. There was an astoundingly beautiful window by Burne-Jones with many hints of the Art Nouveau movement which was yet to come.

Weatherwise: dry, light cloud, a high of 7° C, feels like 5
