Parkrun excitement

I decided to test my leg by taking parkrun very slowly. It was fine. That means I can no longer get out of running on Thursdays with my running group.

An alarm was going off somewhere in the school, so a fire engine turned up. I don’t know what the outcome was because I didn’t stick around to find out.
