Forty One

A twirled tulip for this week's colourful Abstract Thursday :)

Busy but ultimately unproductive day.

Loved my extra borrowed doggy walk in between work time then went to the office to file paperwork and wait with my mum while she waited for her postponed telephone consultation with an Addenbrookes cardiologist.

The call never came. She'd been told to make herself available for an hour before the slot and an hour after. At 4:45 I got her to call them only to be met with an answerphone message saying clinic closed at 5! 

Bearing in mind she's been waiting since the start of covid for this follow-up, I think she was right to be cross! 

We also have a work project dragging on and a very unhelpful solicitor - ours isn't amazing but theirs is atrocious...another project is a non-starter but luckily only cost a phone call!
