Rosemarkie Beach

There was snow and a lovely sunrise this morning but the weather turned to heavy rain and strong winds.by noon. In Cromarty we found a coffee shop with a warm stove to shelter in and did manage a short walk.
By night time , sky is clear and full of stars and the temperature has dropped .
Our activities of the day reflect these changes , and at the end of the day I am delighted to have been walking on two lovely beaches and standing outside tonight watching the stars . The owl hooting in the garden so evocative and settling.
We have had a good day.
