Patience

We did have a veg patch when we were kids - but it still constantly surprises me that the one I planted this year is actually growing - and that things in it may actually be edible.

I'm often accused of being impatient, but this patch, these photos and the last 2 months of uncertainly have gone a long way to reminding me that I can wait.
