Nothing Much Happened Today

I've had a knee problem for a few years now and it's been gradually getting worse.  Walking any distance is becoming something of a chore so the doctor recommended a steroid injection.  Yesterday afternoon I got a 'phone call informing me the surgery had a cancellation and would I like to take advantage and attend this morning.  I did and here I am - naked leg and all.....
Feels a bit better but I've been resting it today - may need a restorative this evening..... :-)
