Dead Bunnies

I haven't been down to Stockbridge Market for ages (has been too cold recently) but I ventured out today. One of my favourite stalls sell fresh fish & game (I forget the companies name), I usually pick up some venison, today I got a couple Wild Roe Deer sirloin steaks and a couple slices of black pudding, they should go well together. They have these dead bunnies hanging beside their stall, I'm not sure if anybody buys them (why would you want unskinned rabbit?).
