Conferral

I am the head coach for Timoney Leadership Institute in Ireland, an associate school of IESE.  The postponed class of 2020 and the latest class of 2021 had a joint final module in Barcelona this week and this was taken at their conferral. Here's the Associate Dean of IESE giving an address on the subject of spirit of service.   We coaches got a nice call out and a warm round of applause.  All 65 conferees then went up to get their certificates.
