Solo solutions

I do love cooking but sometimes when I'm on my own it feels far too easy to be lazy and bung something in the oven. Tonight though made a simple but tasty Chicken and Tarragon Lorenzo. 
The day consisted of some cleaning and then a visit to my youngest. She is now allowed out for a couple of hours twice a week and in spite of the terrible weather ( heavy rain) we went for coffee and a scone.
