Emergency blip.

Pigeons trying to get the food I put out for the smaller birds. I feed the pigeons too but they eat every bit of food in a few minutes.  Also if there is an unlimited amount of food they bring all their friends and hang about on my roof like an Alfred Hitchcock film, shoulders hunched looking menacing. So I restriction the availability of feed for them.
