Hawthorn

Hawthorn - Queen of the May, sacred to the fairies and used in Beltane ritual. Hawthorn flower essence works on the heart both physically and emotionally. It is used to treat extreme grief and also in the treatment of tumours.

I'm too wet and bedraggled to blip much more today. We went to a May Day Fete and had a great time but got utterly drenched in the space of an hour. Wet donkey rides, home baking, plant sales, tombola, archery. All good clean fun but am cold to the bone now.
