Pollen baskets

I was looking for inspiration whilst in isolation and spotted that some primula had pushed though where the snow had melted in the garden. I wandered along with the camera and whilst I was snapping away a bee flew onto them. I was quite surprised as I didn’t expect any to be around at the moment. It was only when I uploaded later that I saw the orange ‘bags’ on his legs. According to Google, they are pollen baskets where the pollen is stored for flying. I hadn’t heard or seen them before so it ended up being an exciting capture.
