Run route

I went for a run as it looked sunny and nice out.
It was deceptively cold.
I also popped into my doctor’s reception to see if my BP results have actually been returned this time.
No. They have not.
Missing again.
I’ll chase again next week but if they have gone AWOL again I am submitting a complaint.


Other than that I worked from home.
