Poppies

Finally finished off mum’s bathroom this morning, just neatening up edges etc.  Whilst we did this mum painted a silk scarf along a poppy theme.  Full scarf in extra.

Came home and did some karaoke with The Dopski (she whupped me on Blondie’s Heart of Glass, how could that possibly happen???!!!) played with the dog and made a rather nice tea of chicken in a red wine mushroom and onion sauce, with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. Then preceded to fall asleep in front of Midsomer Murders!  

Where has the weekend gone?  Can’t believe I’m back to work again tomorrow, feels too soon by far.
