Party time ….

Well, its been a very lovely day of time celebrating Jon and time with the family.

And the boats were perfect! Pontoons to be precise.  Noosa river was gorgeous.  Lots of sandbanks to drop anchor into, so we could all have a swim.

It did rain on and off for about an hour, but it was all good.  We were treated to a double rainbow as well.

We had cupcakes and champagne at picnic tables after handing the boats back.  And then fish and chips at the Boathouse, right beside the boat hire place.  

By this stage the weather was getting pretty wind and cold and we were ready for home. 

I think Jon has had a really fantastic first birthday in Oz.  The main pic is of him with his cousins Bridgette, Rebecca, Patti and Mel.
