MonoMonday: Communication

This Saguaro cactus by the Tucson airport looked to be waving goodbye to the travelers leaving town. It takes 50 to 75 years for the plant to grow an arm. By 100 years of age it can have several arms. The arms store extra water, and are therefore important. The Saguaro blossom is the state wildflower. We did not see any blooms. O, and Happy Valentines Day, or Friends Day, as they say in Finland!
