Roast Cauliflower

When I took this Cauliflower out of the oven, I thought it looked so beautiful, I had to photograph it for my Blip.
It will go in a delicious salad with Quinoa, turmeric and other spices and fresh coriander tomorrow.
I enjoyed a busy morning in the kitchen - one of my happy places, the lambing shed called in the afternoon and the Sheep enjoyed the outside leaves of the Cauliflower so nothing is wasted.
