St James the Less Church

A windy day here in Essex but we seem to be missing the worst of Storm Dudley - Friday is our day to be hit badly with Storm Eunice I think... when did February get so stormy?!

A quick trip to Hadleigh this morning with my parents for a spot of shopping and a wander round the churchyard of St James the Less which is a Saxon/Norman Grade 1 listed building. And though it is surrounded by roads on both sides, I always find it a calming place to walk.  It's also the resting place of Hadleighs' White Wizard - Cunning Murrell!

Had to message Dunelm yesterday over an order that hadn't been delivered, so they were good and ordered a replacement to be sent out... guess what got delivered today?! The original order - of course!!  So back in touch with them today to cancel the replacement - fingers crossed I got there in time!
