Home Cooked

Spent the day doing housework apart from a quick trip to Boots in Corstorphine.
Storm Dudley started to make its presence felt late afternoon and I kept a close watch on my poor greenhouse.
In the evening my friend and I went to Toppings bookshop to hear Kate Humble talking about her new book, Home Cooked. It is a lovely venue and as there weren't too many people there it was a very relaxed event. Luckily the wind had died down so it wasn't too unpleasant getting there and back.
