Abstract Thursday - Mono

Late this afternoon when the temperature had dropped down to 34 we ventured out for a quick walk.  There is a small climbing wall at the park and this shadow from the edge of the wall caught my eye and I liked it as an abstract ;o)

Things seem to be gradually slowing down here as the covid cases go up. 177 today with the true figure much higher than that.  Everyone is apprehensive of course and tempers are short and the heat doesnt help.  To add insult to it all there isnt much food in the shops!!  Its because of the flooding that happened weeks ago in South Australia and has only just been rectified and allowed the trains and trucks to start getting through again thank goodness. Generally the authorities are saying it could take up to 6 weeks to restock the supermarkets! It does show how vulnerable we are and how much we should turn to buying more local and not rely on interstate food as much. Crazy times we’re living in!

I’m feeling worn out tonight so I’m heading off to bed early, catch up tomorrow night xxxx
