A Delicate Bloom

This very pale daffodil is one of my favourites, and I was lucky enough to get a bunch delivered with my shop last week.

Jennyg's funeral was online this morning and she had organised it all herself.  The classical music was just perfect and there was a delightful eulogy from her nephew.  A much loved lady.

The storm is still raging outside, but we live in a hollow so probably not feeling its full force, although the bins and a wheelbarrow made a run for it earlier on.  There's a lot of tree debris on the lawn and a couple of panels, which were due to be replaced, have had to be propped.

I hope you're all safe and any damage is minimal.  The birds are thankfully keeping their heads down.
