Griddle.

I decided to start using my Mum's old cast iron griddle for my tattie scones. Mum never used it a lot, it probably came from my Grannies house. It works well on the stove. Should be good for oatcakes and drop scones too. I saw one like it in the black house on Lewis, which is what brought it to mind.
