all that’s left

Ziggy has had this log for a while. It started off about 4 feet long but this knuckle bit is all that’s left of it. He chews it, doesn’t eat it, just leaves bits of wood all over the place. When he sees me sweeping up he takes it away and hides it, then brings it out again later. Nelly’s had the odd gnaw but it doesn’t appeal to her like a tough cardboard Amazon box does, or the blue ball.
